Fraud Prevention Data

• Device identifiers (stored in hashed form)
• Email metadata for pattern analysis

This data is used solely to detect and prevent multi-account abuse, referral fraud, and other violations of our terms.

Data Retention

• Account data: retained as long as your account is active.
• Fraud prevention data: automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Generation history: records (prompts, settings, credit charges) are retained as long as your account is active.
• Generated files: stored as a convenience, not a permanent archive. We may delete stored generation outputs at any time, including to manage storage costs. Download anything you want to keep.

AI Generation and Cross-Border Processing

When you submit footage, images, or prompts for AI generation (including through the VFX Engine plugin for Nuke), that content is uploaded to our cloud storage and may be transmitted to third-party AI generation providers located outside Canada, including in the United States, to produce your requested output. We do not use your submitted content to train our own AI models, and we do not own or operate these third-party AI models ourselves.

Because this processing occurs outside Canada, your information may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities of that jurisdiction under its laws. If your submission depicts any person other than yourself, you confirm you have the necessary rights or consent from that person to submit their likeness for this processing.

Our tools connect your account to these third-party AI providers to help you generate and work with content - we do not review every submission before it is sent. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated material (personal data you are not authorized to share, financial or health information, unreleased work under NDA, etc.) unless you have already assessed and accepted that risk yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any unauthorized access to, or breach, loss, or disclosure of, content you choose to submit, whether occurring on our systems or a third-party provider's systems; this does not override our own obligations under applicable privacy law.

Your Rights

• Access: request a copy of your data.
• Deletion: request account and data deletion.
• Correction: update your profile information at any time.
