Key Responsibilities: \* Create high-quality animation for feature films, ensuring that it meets the director’s vision and the project’s requirements.
- Collaborate with the animation team and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent character performances.
- Interpret and implement creative feedback to refine and improve animation quality.
- Use a variety of animation tools and software to create fluid and dynamic character movements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest animation techniques and industry trends.
- Work within project deadlines and deliver animations that meet the highest quality standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions to enhance the overall project.
Qualifications: \* Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in feature film animation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, character acting, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
- Experience with motion capture and integrating it into animation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your animation work.
Desirable Skills: \* Knowledge of rigging and character setup
- Familiarity with visual effects pipelines and workflows.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
