Job Description
- Coordinating the transfer of assets.
- Managing data to ensure storage resources are used efficiently.
- Archiving and restoring data if required.
- Ensuring the security policies and procedures of PhantomFX and its clients are fully adhered to.
- Coordinating with artists, Production and Editorial to ensure required assets are available.
- Fulfill client sends and downloads.
- Manage the tracking and allocation of physical media drives both internally and externally.
- Working a shift pattern occasionally to support the global needs of the business.
- Coordinating review session between multiple sites and clients globally.
- Work with clients and imaging department on review specs on projects.
- Setup and test all telecommunication devices and platforms.
- Coordinating delivery of all material for reviews.
Requirements
- Essential Skills:
- Highly organized
- Good project management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work within a team towards a common goal
- Basic understanding of common file formats and resolution.
- Looking for 2 to 3 years experienced candidates
- Must maintain confidential data.
