IT Security Manager

Position title IT Security Manager Key Responsibilities \* Assisting in the development, recommendation, and implementation of a cost-effective Information Security framework for GelaroGrace Studio, in line with IS027000:2013 & MPA (Motion Picture Association) series principals and good practice disciplines, including overarching policies, procedures, guidelines, awareness and training plans, security monitoring processes, privacy regulations, and overall security infrastructure recommendations - To work collaboratively or independently as part of the ISMS team to ensure the design, delivery, implementation, and operational testing of agreed security strategies meet the business needs - Continually assess embedded Information Security controls to ensure they meet the legislative and regulatory compliance and propose remedial actions surrounding identified deficiencies - Monitoring security compliance through ongoing security control reviews and risk assessments and working closely with the Head of IS to review and advise on Information Security issues that require support and closure - Investigating and analyzing security breaches and, where appropriate, liaison with senior management requiring information and reports on security incidents - Working with Information Security infrastructure owners to implement any Information Technology security program - Planning, organizing, and performing (ISO 27001:2013; MPA) internal audits - Assisting with testing of the Business Continuity Programme and tracking actions - Assisting with the development of policies based on audit findings - Assisting with risk assessments - Assisting with tracking and investigating information security incidents - Able to Handle External audits from Clients as well as from 3rd parties IT Infrastructure Operations & Management \* Good knowledge of managing, designing, and monitoring IT Infrastructure - Working experience/knowledge on Firewall, Windows server & cisco devices - Knowledge about the open-source platform will be an additional advantage Experience \* 5 years of proven leadership and management experience in a global company - 5 years of experience managing technical operations and development - Experience working in a VFX facility is a plus Administrative Expectations \* Ability to prioritize and multitask.
