Lead Compositor

LEAD COMPOSITOR We are Koala FX, one of London's most innovative, up and coming visual effects studios. We are excited to welcome new candidates to join our team and work on exciting projects for the biggest streaming platforms and production companies. We are looking for a Lead Compositor to join our team as soon as possible. Description: The lead compositor will be responsible for overseeing the team of artists, on-site and outsourced. You will be working closely with the VFX supervisor to ensure that the creative and technical approaches are in line with clients requirements. Responsibilities: - Working in collaboration with the Visual Effects Supervisor to evaluate the creative and technical approach to assigned shots - Provide briefs and direction to the team in order to secure the appropriate execution of the shots - Training and mentoring of newly hired artists - Communicating with Production team regarding schedules and deadlines Requirements: - VFX / Feature Animation industry experience as a compositor working on high-end features and episodic - Experience in leading and supervising a team - Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills Apply [info@koalafx.co.uk?subject=Apply for a Lead Compositor position]
