Job Description
Develop CG looks from concept art and specified references
Adjust shaders and textures created by asset artists and optimize rendering
Create shaders
Establish workflows for adjustments to the look in composite
Required Skills
Knowledge in shading, lighting, composite, and other areas needed to accomplish the look required for a given work
Ability to suggest new methods or optimization techniques based on a deep understanding of CG production and experience
Extensive knowledge of shader development and the ability to act as a bridge between the look dev and technology teams

Proficiency in Nuke is required, but proficiency in other tools is welcomed. Please share which applications you are proficient in during your interview.
