Job Description: Under the guidance of the feature animation production Environment Supervisor or Matte Painting Lead, create digital matte paintings that meet creative direction using live action elements, still photography, concept art, rendered CG elements and digital painted elements. Qualifications: Knowledge of Photoshop, Maya and Nuke is required. Knowledge of other tools such as Katana, Mari, Houdini, Speedtree or Linux is a plus. Most desired 2 year diploma or 1 year certificate however minimal requirement of 2-3 years of relevant experience may be accepted. Please note that you must be able to provide a demo reel that illustrates your relevant artistic and technical experience that also includes the nuances for this specific role.
