Job Description

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and interpret project briefs.
• Research relevant project materials, including translation styles, characters, and similar projects.
• Present concepts, research findings, and references to the Supervisor.
• Interpret initial ideas and create quick sketch drafts for review.
• Create a detailed concept designs using various mediums such as 2D drawings or 3D renders.
• Participate in feedback sessions and incorporate suggested changes.
• Develop characters, environments, props, and designs based on feedback.
• Manage project timelines and schedules, reporting any issues to the Supervisor.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating artistic and storytelling ability.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Concept Artist (preferred).
• Excellent sketching abilities for rough conceptualization.
• Proficiency in various digital 2D and 3D software programs.
• Ability to deliver high-quality artwork under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpretation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn new software programs and tools.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
