Production Assistant
We’re excited to be back in our Montreal studio Tuesday thru Thursday… come join us! The Production Assistants overall responsibility is to provide support to the Production Management team. Provide administrative and back up support to the production team including data entry and miscellaneous needs of projects.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings for coordinators and ensure all attendees are present
- Take and distribute notes for meetings, back up note taking for review sessions
- Ensure rooms are prepped for meetings/dailies
- Post files to both internal and external FTP
- Order and pick up meals for artists
- Set up email groups at the beginning of each new production
- Prepare travel arrangements as requested
- Process Expense Reports for staff and maintain production credit card reports
- General assistance to Production Management team as needed
Qualifications
- DEC, Bachelor’s (BA) degree or equivalent experience
- Effective communication with a variety of individuals
- A creative and collaborative problem solver who is organized and detail oriented
- Ability to organize and coordinate individuals and teams, strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of how to operate and perform general maintenance functions on all office equipment
- Able to thrive in a high pressure, deadline oriented environment This job description is not meant to be all inclusive.
