Production Manager

Responsibilities

Plan the schedule of parallel projects with production managers and directors. Track and communicate progress in production, prepare status meetings. Collaborate with multiple disciplines and teams, in tandem with production leads, to maximize development productivity. Coordinate internal and external partners for art assets and other communications as required. Track production processes and provide solutions for improvements. Update production plan and relay information to the departments. Work on day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling resources and meetings, creating presentations and documentation, generating reports. Handle project documentation with clients and vendors. Implement problem solving and motivating practices. Focus on results and take pride in every effort made.

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. MS Office skills are important, especially Excel. Requires a positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong cross-team communication skills. 3+ years of experience in project management. Ability to work successfully in a dynamic production environment with significant responsibility.

Passionate and familiar with film or game industry. Experience in project/production management in game/animation/vfx production. Proven ability to efficiently organize, lead and execute meetings with effective decisions. Background in art or design production or experience in managing teams of artists and/or designers. Knowledge of the terminology and processes associated with CG production. Knowledge of applicable art software Maya/3D Studio Max/Photoshop. Knowledge of Agile and Lean development methodologies.
