PROJECT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR REQUIRED SKILLS - project coordination - vfx - coordination 🎬 Join DIGIC Pictures as a Project Production Coordinator! DIGIC Pictures, a studio specialized in high-end animation and visual effects, is looking for a Project Production Coordinator to support production processes and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. This role can be performed remotely from Hungary or as a freelancer from another EU country. RESPONSIBILITIES - Organizing and scheduling daily operations within the division - Tracking task flow and deadlines across the pipeline - Creating daily schedules and managing team capacity and task priorities - Administering workflows and project data in dProject (in English as needed) - Collaborating with other departments and scheduling necessary meetings - Identifying and escalating production issues to the right stakeholders - Keeping summaries and tickets up to date ESSENTIAL SKILLS - Min. 2 years in an organizational role, including at least 1 year as a project coordinator - At least 2 years of experience in the CGI/VFX industry in a similar coordination role - Confident English language skills (written and spoken) - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and deadline discipline - Familiarity with Google G Suite; dProject knowledge is a plus - Flexibility, proactiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset - Interest in CGI/VFX production workflows WHAT WE OFFER - A stable, internationally recognized studio environment - Friendly, professional team - Exciting and diverse projects - Remote work from Hungary or freelance collaboration within Europe time zone - Opportunities for professional growth
