At 22DOGS, we are passionate about creating world-class visual effects within a collaborative and creatively driven environment. With studios in Milan, Tenerife and Toronto, we bring together top-tier talent and innovative workflows to deliver exceptional results across film, television, and advertising.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive Studio Runner to support the day-to-day operations of our Tenerife studio.

Job Description

The Studio Runner plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the studio, working closely with the Studio Manager. This is a highly practical, on-the-ground role focused on logistics, coordination, and ensuring the studio environment functions efficiently.

The position is ideal for someone energetic, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments such as hospitality, events, or busy operational settings.

This is not a desk-based role, but a dynamic position requiring presence, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the studio alongside the Studio Manager
  • Handle errands and external tasks (suppliers, shopping, pickups, deliveries, etc.)
  • Assist with staff accommodation logistics, including check-ins, coordination, and issue resolution
  • Maintain a well-organized, functional, and efficient studio environment
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members
  • Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks when required
  • Respond quickly and effectively to day-to-day operational needs and unexpected issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment (hospitality, events, operations, office support, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Flexibility in working hours and responsiveness to urgent needs
  • Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, document handling) is a plus

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical, resourceful, and action-oriented
  • Someone who enjoys being on their feet and solving problems in real time
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset
  • Based in Tenerife and available to start immediately

Why Join Us?

At 22DOGS, you’ll be part of a growing international VFX studio where collaboration, flexibility, and hands-on contribution are key. This role offers a great opportunity to gain visibility across studio operations and be part of a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
