At Eyeline, technology is the engine that powers our creative excellence. Our Technology Operations team provides the structure, training, and project management for our people to do their best work. We build critical skills and standardize global delivery to ensure every technical initiative drives predictable, high-impact results. Sitting within the Learning and Development team, you are a vital technical specialist in our Hyderabad studio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning and Development, you will act as a strategic conduit between global technology initiatives and the local artist community.
You will drive the transition of our talent from manual workflows to advanced, system-based thinking, with a core emphasis on our Generative AI initiatives, production templates, and proceduralism. By collaborating with our VFX Trainer in Vancouver and global Technology teams, you will produce and deliver the high-level technical content that empowers our artists to master next-generation workflows. This involves providing hands-on, in-the-room mentorship to build strong relationships with our local artist community while utilizing our global skill matrix to identify and address training discrepancies. Additionally, you will guide the development of regionally adapted materials and modules to ensure effective asynchronous training is accessible to the entire studio. In this high-visibility role, you are the technical eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that regional requirements and feedback directly inform our global technology roadmap and shared standards.
Success in this role is defined by being an active, respectful, and valued member of the Global L&D team, contributing to collective goals and upholding a culture of collaborative excellence while serving as a trusted, empathetic listener within the Hyderabad office. Within your first year, you will have measurably accelerated the "time to first task" for new hires through a structured local curriculum, driven high adoption of Generative AI toolsets in daily production workflows, and achieved a level of technical autonomy for the site that reduces the support burden on global teams.
