Job Description

Dupe VFX is looking to hire a passionate CG Studio Supervisor, capable of managing both large-scale 3D sequences and our tight-knit team whilst helping to push the CG Department forward with collaboration with pipeline, IT and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-profile, complex 3D sequences, ensuring creative quality is met while delivering on schedule and within budget across multiple projects
• Work closely with internal VFX Supervisors and Producers to define and deliver show-specific CG requirements
• Lead the 3D team, creating production plans and allocating resources to successfully deliver creative briefs
• Define production requirements and advise on best practices, workflows, processes, and budgets for a wide range of VFX projects
• Collaborate with senior creatives to research, develop, and implement new technologies and creative approaches across the studio
• Provide hands-on creative and project leadership when required
• Manage, mentor, and develop CG artists at all levels, fostering growth and high performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and production efficiency
• Collaborate with the Pipeline team on the development, optimization, and maintenance of studio tools and workflows
