Job Description
Dupe VFX is looking to hire a passionate CG Studio Supervisor, capable of managing both large-scale 3D sequences and our tight-knit team whilst helping to push the CG Department forward with collaboration with pipeline, IT and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee high-profile, complex 3D sequences, ensuring creative quality is met while delivering on schedule and within budget across multiple projects
- Work closely with internal VFX Supervisors and Producers to define and deliver show-specific CG requirements
- Lead the 3D team, creating production plans and allocating resources to successfully deliver creative briefs
- Define production requirements and advise on best practices, workflows, processes, and budgets for a wide range of VFX projects
- Collaborate with senior creatives to research, develop, and implement new technologies and creative approaches across the studio
- Provide hands-on creative and project leadership when required
- Manage, mentor, and develop CG artists at all levels, fostering growth and high performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and production efficiency
- Collaborate with the Pipeline team on the development, optimization, and maintenance of studio tools and workflows

- Expertise in Solaris/USD workflows, Maya and Houdini
- Proactive and an excellent communicator
- Empathy, tranquility and passion running through your veins
- Have a good eye, understand the principles of composition
- Programming and coding skills are a plus but not required
- Keen interest in learning new technologies and developing new workflows
