Role Overview

PhantomFX is seeking an experienced and highly organised VFX Producer to manage and oversee end-to-end visual effects production across feature films, OTT content, episodic series, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will act as the key bridge between clients, supervisors, artists, and internal production teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete VFX production lifecycle from bidding to final delivery.
• Coordinate with Clients, Directors, VFX Supervisors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Handle client communication, feedback management, approvals, and production reviews.
• Collaborate with department leads for artist allocation and production planning.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity, and overall profitability.
• Identify production risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all projects adhere to PhantomFX quality standards and pipeline requirements.
• Conduct regular production meetings and maintain detailed status reports.
• Coordinate with Finance and Management teams regarding invoicing, forecasting, and project tracking.
• Manage multiple VFX projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Support business development and bidding discussions for upcoming projects.
• Work closely with global production teams and external vendors when required.

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Previous experience at Producer / Line Producer level, Should have handled clients and shows independently.
• Highly organized with first-class time/project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The proven ability to priorities conflicting tasks.
• The ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work within a team towards a common goal.
• Strong understanding of Live Action VFX pipelines and post-production workflows.
• Experience handling feature films, OTT, television, or commercial VFX projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and delivery tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Mandatory experience working on both international and local VFX projects.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams preferred.
• Familiarity with production tracking tools.
