Marketing Coordinator
General Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Campaign Operations Director with day-to-day administrative assistance for our Wildwood theatrical release campaign.
\*This will be a temporary 6-month position.
Job Functions
- Maintain and update our single cross-functional campaign tracker across distribution & exhibitions, festivals & publicity, and consumer marketing.
- Build and maintain asset delivery trackers against media plans.
- Request and ensure delivery of assets for distribution and publicity.
- Maintain version control and distribution tracking for trailers and other campaign assets.
- Track incoming NDAs and other approvals.
- Coordinate screening requests and ensure requests are complete before routing.
- Support finance needs, including estimates and purchase order requests.
- Schedule meetings and update agendas.
- Track priorities, owners, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure requests to our CEO and CCO are coordinated through a single source of truth.
- Follow up with internal and external partners to keep deliverables on schedule and proactively identify bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative support, coordination, or theatrical distribution marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with internal departments and external partners, agencies, and vendors while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively.
