The position
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high quality IT support. You will handle first-line support for all IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely. Your tasks will include setting up workstations, onboarding and offboarding employees, troubleshooting client systems, and contributing to short and long-term projects aimed at enhancing our client platform and support systems. Your Main Tasks:
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, both on-site and remotely.
- Set up and configure thin-clients and workstations for new hires.
- Troubleshoot client systems and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Contribute to short and long-term projects focused on improving our client platform and support systems.
- Help out with office related tasks.
About You:
- You have previous experience from roles such as IT support or equivalent, preferably some Linux experience. (Don't worry, we will teach you everything you need!)
- You speak and write English and Spanish fluently
- You are willing to assist and help out wherever it is needed.
Experience or interest in the following areas are desirable:
- Linux, Windows and Mac client support.
- Basic networking.
- Alarms, security controls and CCTV systems.
- Google Workspace.
- To succeed in the role, you should be responsible, thorough in your work, and have an interest in IT.
