Skydance Media’s IT department seeks an Associate IT Project Manager to support the EVP of Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and report on project status; maintain project plans
- Oversee department finances and monthly expense reporting
- Manage third-party resources and guide teams toward goals
- Facilitate meetings and implement documentation governance
- Create action plans and manage change requests
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Support the EVP of IT with scheduling, SharePoint, and intranet curation
Requirements
- IT project support experience in an office environment
- Understanding of SaaS and software development lifecycle
- Asana experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (a plus)
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 annually (base)
