IT Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage and support the studio’s IT infrastructure, systems, and user support requirements. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day production operations within the VFX studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for workstations, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems and production software.
- Manage system setup for artists and production teams.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and storage management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and peripheral issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted production workflow.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and networking.
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with production environments or VFX pipeline support is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration preferred.
