How you will contribute to our magical experience?
The Analyst in Growth & Retention Analytics will collaborate with the Growth Marketing Team to understand and analyze acquisition campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency across acquisition costs, customer value, and user behavior throughout the conversion funnel, through reports and insights that help with the needs as well as finding solutions for them, creating insights through data extraction and analysis. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about understanding and growth of the perfect business.
The Analyst in Growth & Retention Analytics will be responsible for:
- Working with the Growth Marketing Performance and Retention to help identify performance, and Grow with the Growth Marketing Team.
- Support teams and extracting data, creating KPIs and developing personal insights.
- Build own benchmarks for KPI monitoring, expectations alignments and results analysis.
- Detect risks and flaws to drive solutions, and leverage opportunities to grow.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advance studies or graduate in Actuary, Statistics, Industrial Engineer, or other.
- Strong skills using SQL tools is required (Microsoft SQL, Snowflake or similar).
- Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools is required (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Advanced level of English (written).
- Experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python (or a plus).
- Experience in Performance Marketing and CRM (a plus).
- Experience using AI tools and best practices and contributing to a continuous performance improvement.
