Club 33 and Carthay Circle are fine dining restaurants in the heart of our theme parks whose history connects to Walt himself. Club 33 is a private membership club founded by Walt Disney while Carthay Circle is named after the theatre where Walt Disney premiered his first feature-length animated film in color, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Hotel Culinary:
- Full Time - Napa Rose Dinner Cook
- Full Time - Napa Rose Specialty Cook
Parks Culinary:
- Full Time - Carthay Circle Demi Chef
- Full Time - Club 33 Dinner Cook
- Full Time - Club 33 Demi Chef
Basic Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for these roles
- Passion for Culinary and delighting our Guests with food for an unforgettable Disney culinary experience!
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field/restaurants with a focus on high-volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience required with less than 2 years of experience in culinary field
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency in the kitchen are required and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong listening and organizational skills and ability to take direction
- Ability to multitask and adapt to production requirements in a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrate a desire to provide excellent guest service and be part of a team
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Basic Qualifications for Fine Dining Roles:
- Operate all kitchen equipment, including adjusting thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles
- Maintain standards and specifications related to food preparation and food handling daily, understand measurement requirements
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines, including maintaining proper temperature requirements and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures while understanding the science in cooking temperatures and clean kitchen equipment
- Responsible for checking and maintaining proper temperatures throughout preparation, cooling, holding, and serving of food items, including adjusting thermostat controls to regulate temperatures
- Ability to handle special dietary requests and work with Guests requiring special requests due to dietary concerns
- Observe, test, and ensure food is cooked and plated to proper standards
- Maintain, season, and cook stocks, soups, sauces, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs for consumption in restaurants
- Able to perform line cook and pantry skills, such as roasting, baking, and broiling meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary Education Degree, Certification from CIA, or equivalent
- Basic wine knowledge
- Bilingual

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and some shifts may start as early as 3:00am while some may end as late as 2:00am or 3:00am.
