Scrum Master - Talent Pipelining (f/m/d)
The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in the success of our company by coaching the team and supporting the Product Owner in optimizing the value of the work the Development Team delivers.
We are looking for a Scrum Master who understands the importance of continuous improvement and collaboration in a self-organized team. It will be your responsibility to guide the team to remove obstacles and solve problems and to ensure the team is fully functional. You will also guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and methodologies and support the team in reaching their goals.

We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support our team. The role can be filled in full time or part-time.

What you can expect:
- Guiding the team and the Product Owner on how to use Agile Scrum practices and principles to delight our customers
- Coaching the team in self-organization and continuous improvement
- Supporting the Product Owner and the team to deliver high quality, value adding features
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, Review and Retrospective
- Living the agile values to build an environment where people can thrive and be their best version everyday
- Removing impediments and coordinating with stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear or judgement and where employees are supported and encouraged through ongoing feedback
What you bring to the team:
- You have at least two years of experience in Scrum Master roles
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with people and knows how to bring them together
- You have an agile mindset and are familiar with agile frameworks, especially the Scrum framework
- You have excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- You are familiar with tools like JIRA
- You have a good command of English
- German fluent
