Become a Lifeguard in our hotels on a permanent or fixed-term 35-hour contract. Your contributions: At Disneyland Paris, guest comfort, safety, and quality of welcome are a priority. As a Lifeguard, you help create a calm and safe experience in the aquatic areas of our hotels, working as part of a team of 10 to 15 people.

- Monitor the pools and ensure safety rules are followed to guarantee everyone’s well-being.
- Actively contributes to keeping the aquatic areas well maintained through a variety of tasks: welcoming guests, cleaning, safety drills, first aid, and guest assistance.
- Work closely with your team and take part in regular training sessions to strengthen coordination during interventions and maintain a high level of preparedness.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to help deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Your strengths: You hold a valid BNSSA and PSE1 certification (with all required renewals up to date), or an equivalent recognized qualification such as the BPJEPS AAN. The Firefighter Team Member certification is also accepted as an equivalent to the PSE1. With these qualifications, you are ready to play a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of our Guests while helping create magical experiences every day. Previous experience in aquatic supervision is a plus, but motivated beginners are also welcome. You can understand and communicate essential information in English (A2 level). You enjoy dynamic environments and are available to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, with schedules that may range from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Your personal qualities will make all the difference: a strong service mindset, vigilance, team spirit, responsiveness, and the ability to stay calm in any situation.
