Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeling Artist specializing in Prop and Set Element creation. The ideal candidate will translate concept art, sketches, and verbal briefs into high-quality 3D assets using industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Maya and/or ZBrush.

  • Interpret 2D concept art, sketches, and design briefs into detailed 3D prop and environment models.
  • Create high-quality models for props and set elements from start to final production-ready output.
  • Ensure accuracy in scale, proportion, and visual style consistency across assets.
  • Develop clean, optimized models suitable for production pipelines (games, animation, or VFX as applicable).
  • Collaborate closely with concept artists, designers, and production teams to achieve creative goals.
  • Maintain project timelines and deliver assets within deadlines.
  • Continuously improve modeling workflows and support team members when required.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya and/or ZBrush.
  • Good understanding of form, shape, proportion, and scale for props and environment assets.
  • Basic knowledge of texturing workflows (Substance 3D Painter is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Photoshop for supporting asset creation is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of materials, surface detail, and real-world references for asset creation.
  • Strong artistic eye with attention to detail and design accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for 3D art, creativity, and continuous learning.
