Maintenance Engineer - Full Time

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the essential systems that keep our hotels running smoothly. From HVAC, plumbing to electrical, to commercial appliances and carpentry, your work will directly impact the comfort and experience of our Guests and Cast Members.
Responsibilities:
Operating Engineer (CEP)
- Maintain and repair boilers, chillers, compressors, and refrigeration units
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Manage painting and wallpaper projects
Painting
- Prepare surfaces for paint, coatings, and wallpaper
- Paint and refinish furniture and fixtures
- Repair drywall and match existing textures
- Calculate areas and cut wallpaper for perfect fit
HVAC
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Handle commercial kitchen equipment on both hot and cold sides
Electrical
- Inspect and repair electrical panels and wiring
- Replace faulty switches, outlets, and fixtures
- Fix electrical issues in guest rooms and common areas
Plumbing
- Maintain water supply and drainage systems
- Repair faucets, toilets, and other plumbing
- Unclog drains and toilets
Mechanical
- Operate and fix industrial laundry equipment
- Lubricate and replace mechanical parts
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in wood staining or wallpaper hanging
- Commercial kitchen repair certification
Schedule:
Shifts are typically at night, and individuals must have availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off.
