Layout Artist & CG Generalist

About the Roles:
We’re seeking experienced Layout Artist/CG Generalist to join our team for an exciting project.
What you’ll do
- Design shots and sequences under the VFX supervisor and director.
- Define composition, staging, camera movement, and lighting intent
- Build techviz for production — including motion-control blocking and on-set prep
- Deliver previs and postvis to editorial and the VFX pipeline
- Manage assets and iterate cleanly across revisionse
- Contribute to pipeline efficiencies through scripting and AI-assisted workflows.
What we are looking for
- Practical, working knowledge of real-world cameras and lensing — focal lengths, depth of field, parallax, dolly / crane / steadicam behaviour — and the ability to reproduce it convincingly in CG.
- Strong cinematic instincts: composition, staging, camera language, and lighting direction.
- Layout fundamentals with clean, reviewable Maya scenes.
- Understanding of on-set workflows — how layout and previs connect to plate photography, motion control, and the rest of the VFX pipeline.
- Previs and postvis experience.
