Resident Engineer
As a Resident Engineer at Nilfisk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our products within customer facilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide on-site engineering support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our advanced cleaning equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of Nilfisk equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with customer teams to monitor equipment usage and address any operational concerns.
- Provide training and guidance to customer staff on proper equipment handling and maintenance.
- Document service activities, reports, and maintenance schedules for transparency and tracking.
- Coordinate with technical support and other internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through reliable and friendly service.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a service engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Proficiency in English, and local language is a plus.
