Positioned to support our global footprint, this role offers time zone coverage for US West Coast and Asia-Pacific operations.
What you would do
- Analyze scripts, artwork, sequence turnovers, and client reference materials to formulate comprehensive VFX breakdowns and bid proposals.
- Partner closely with Executive Producers, VFX Supervisors, CG Supervisors, and Head of Production to establish methodology, shot scope, schedule constraints, and bidding strategies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for studio clients during the bidding and procurement stage, presenting bids and discussing creative parameters, budgets, and schedules.
- Track script revisions, cut updates, and bid feedback to issue updated estimates and change orders promptly.
- Maintain and update internal bidding databases (ShotGrid/Flow Production Tracking) and pipeline records with accurate historical bid data.
- Facilitate seamless project hand-offs to awarded VFX Producers, EPs, and show supervisors, ensuring clarity regarding scope, turnover assumptions, and target margins.
- Provide timezone coverage across global hubs, maintaining responsiveness to client turnarounds and studio inquiries.
