With over 16 years of extensive experience in the Visual Effects (VFX) industry, specialising in Paint, Prep and Compositing, I have developed strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of VFX production workflows. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed teams, handled complex projects, resolved technical and creative challenges, and consistently delivered high-quality work within demanding production schedules and deadlines.

In my current role as a Prep Lead/Supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing daily team operations, managing project workflows, allocating tasks based on artist strengths and project priorities, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required creative and technical standards. I take a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying potential challenges early, providing technical guidance to artists, and implementing effective solutions to maintain productivity and workflow efficiency.

My experience also extends to project planning, shot bidding, resource management, scheduling, client communication, and cross-departmental coordination. I regularly collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments to establish realistic timelines, manage priorities, address client feedback, and ensure smooth project execution.

As a team leader, I strongly believe in creating a collaborative and supportive working environment, mentoring artists, encouraging continuous improvement, and maintaining a balance between creative quality and production efficiency. I am confident in handling multiple projects, adapting to changing requirements, and making effective decisions under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and successful project delivery.
