Ben Gunsberger is a Sydney-based Visual Effects Supervisor, CG Supervisor, founder, and creative technology leader with more than 30 years’ experience across feature film, animation, episodic production, real-time graphics, spatial computing, and digital product development.
He is currently Visual Effects Supervisor at Flying Bark Productions, leading the creative and technical direction of visual effects for Stranger Things: Tales of ’85 for Netflix. Previously, he was a Computer Graphics Supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic, where his credits included Ahsoka, Skeleton Crew, and Lilo & Stitch. His earlier career includes senior and specialist roles at Animal Logic, ESC Entertainment, PDI/DreamWorks, and Bump Map, contributing to projects including The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded, Happy Feet, and Shrek.
