Kyoto Seika University

The first and only university in Japan with a dedicated Faculty of Manga, offering bachelor's programs in Animation, Character Design, and Comic Art. Co-established the Kyoto International Manga Museum with the city of Kyoto. Alumni include Yoji Shinkawa (Metal Gear Solid).
