UtilityLift, gamma and gain on the full frame, driven by three colour wheels. The maths is the standard form: gain multiplied by the lifted input raised to one over gamma.

Notes
- ·Grades currently round-trip through 8-bit between nodes, so stacking several of them on a smooth gradient can band. Do the heavy correction in one node rather than three where you can.
- ·Wire a mask in to grade a region rather than the whole frame.
