Video Merge
UtilityComposites one clip over another in the same frame, with an optional matte. This is a spatial operation: both clips play at once, stacked.

Notes
- ·Video B is the base and defines the output resolution, frame rate and length. Video A is the layer on top.
- ·For playing one clip after another instead, you want Video Join.
- ·Inputs are capped at 30 seconds and 50MB.
