Maintain and continuously improve the 2D library, ensuring its effective utilization across production.
Drive R&D on new software, plugins, tools, and techniques to improve workflows, quality, and production efficiency.
Conduct technical workshops and contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing programs.
Encourage artists and Team Leads to continuously upgrade their skills and adopt smarter working practices.
Participate in bidding activities, including script-based, CG-driven, and technically complex projects.
Collaborate with Supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth workflow integration and resolve production challenges.
Support artist selection and evaluation, resource planning, and effective team allocation.
Communicate project updates, changes, priorities, and requirements clearly to the team.
Build strong professional relationships with Team Leads and artists, fostering a healthy, collaborative, and positive work environment.
Monitor production progress, identify risks proactively, and take appropriate decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct periodic reviews with Supervisors and relevant department leads to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
