Concept Designer
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and digital painting tools
- Strong creativity and ability to interpret the project’s visual style
- Previous experience as a Concept Designer and Colorist
- Solid illustration skills and ability to quickly produce rough images, followed by more detailed versions of characters, environments, and props
- Excellent use of color, applied sensitively and creatively
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and to meet production priorities and deadlines
- Excellent ability to understand feedback and accurately implement corrections as directed
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactivity and a strong team-oriented mindset
