The Talent Acquisition Specialist has a direct impact on our ability to deliver on production commitments. You identify hard-to-find talent, assess candidates with sound judgment, and help teams make timely, well-informed hiring decisions.
As Rodeo FX grows in Bengaluru, you will own recruitment mandates across specialized creative, production, and technical disciplines. You will partner closely with department heads, studio leadership, and the global Talent Acquisition team to shape search strategies, build talent communities, and guide candidates from first contact through signature.
Every interaction with a candidate is an opportunity to leave a mark. We show up at every step, regardless of the outcome. This standard is a way of working, and it’s what we expect from you.
