Drew Thomas is a visual effects artist who moved from Texas to Vancouver, BC to study at Lost Boys Studios | Campus VFX. Inspired from a young age by the worlds created in film, Drew began making movies as soon as he got his hands on a camera, driven by a desire to create immersive experiences for others. Film and visual effects have remained central to Drew’s creative life, serving as a way to explore emotion, storytelling, and connection. He is motivated by collaboration and by the joy that comes from helping audiences engage with a story, whether through VFX, filmmaking, or other creative disciplines. With a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn, Drew enjoys being part of a collaborative industry that values creativity, growth, and teamwork, and is committed to contributing meaningfully to productions and the teams behind them.
