Kano is an independent gaming studio based in Victoria, BC that creates lasting social games. It was started in 2008 by technical founders with no prior experience in the gaming industry. Its first foray into social games was Viking Clan, which has been played by millions of people worldwide. Its games are meant to be played for months, years and even decades.
