Job Description
We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join a fast-paced VFX studio, partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, support production goals, and build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Department Heads and Production teams to align workforce planning with project needs, act as a trusted advisor on performance and engagement, and support organisational effectiveness.
You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - while leading employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. You’ll also ensure HR operations run smoothly, maintain compliance, and use data insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years’ experience in HR, ideally in fast-paced or creative environments
- MBA / PGDM / relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP)
- Exposure to global teams is a plus
