DIGIC Pictures has been making 3D animated films for more than twenty years. We have won numerous prestigious awards and created short films for world-renowned brands such as Call of Duty, Netflix's Love, Death & Robots and Amazon's Secret Level series. Our team is currently working on several high-profile projects, including the animated film series based on the world-famous card game Magic: The Gathering for Netflix.

- handling the recruitment process ensuring highly positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- high level sourcing and building talent pools, using diverse methods
- reaching out to potential candidates and negotiating
- relieving the workload of senior recruiters by accelerating processes and taking over routine tasks.
- keeping the administration around recruitment all neat and tidy!
You would be our ideal candidate if:
- you have experience and proven abilities in recruitment and ideally also in talent sourcing
- you are friendly and open minded, easily building relationships
- you are fluent in English
- you have a high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- you have a familiarity of Google Workspace, LinkedIn and previous Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- you have ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and a positive mindset when working with short turnaround times and shifting priorities
- you have experience in sourcing/recruiting for the creative industry, especially film- or animation/game industry, and you have the ability to evaluate artwork and artist portfolios according to the instructions of the art team.
