Senior Games Producer (Games Cinematics)
The role of the Senior Producer is to deliver their project(s) on time and on budget, and at the highest creative and technical quality standards, by carrying out and overseeing production activities, and collaborating closely with the project leads.
The Senior Producer oversees the timeliness and quality of production decisions on the project, so as to ensure that the project(s) produced by DIGIC meet the agreed expectations (financial, content quality, schedule, customer satisfaction).
DIGIC Pictures, a world-renowned animation studio creating high-impact trailers and cinematics for games, films, and commercials, is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our creative team on various upcoming game cinematic projects.

Responsibilities
- Client needs and quoting: Understand client needs and provide content input for quotation preparation.
- Expectations and delivery: Set clear producer expectations, monitor delivery, and ensure follow through across the project.
- Feedback and evaluation: Provide feedback to project members during delivery and evaluate outcomes at project close.
- Planning and representation: Build a high level project plan with the Project Manager and represent it within DIGIC and to the client.
- Budget and resources: Manage resources and headcount, allocate budget across divisions, and set divisional or departmental targets as needed.
- Senior ownership: Represent the project at the highest level to the client and internally at DIGIC.
- Support and mentoring: Supervise and mentor any Associate or Junior Producer on the project(s).
- Strengthen project management: Establish the Project Manager as a right hand partner and provide mentoring to improve scheduling and delivery.
- Process improvement: Propose workflow improvements and new practices to the HOP.
Essential skills
- Several years of experience leading CG, animation, or game cinematic productions, with a proven track record on mid to large scale teams.
- Strong understanding of full production pipelines and interdepartmental workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with a solution focused approach, including decision making, delegation, performance management, and strategic thinking.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong mentorship capability and ability to lead while working as part of the team.
- High level communication skills and strong customer focus.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- User level knowledge of Google G Suite and Microsoft Office.
Desirable skills
- Familiarity with real time or game engine pipelines.
- Experience on projects using Unreal Engine.
- Hungarian language skills.
