Key responsibilities:
- Manage and undertake the bookkeeping, finance functions (i.e. AP, AR, Fixed Assets etc.) and periodic accounting activities of Investment Holdings and Dormant entities; ensuring timely reporting and proactive in addressing the financial requirements.
- Support the compilation, coordination, and preparation of financial analysis, providing accurate and quality reporting output.
- Assist in the file management matters of the Company; coordinating effective storage and retrieval of agreement/ contract documents.
- Assist in the year-end audit and liaise with auditors and relevant parties.
- Participate as a key member in other ad-hoc financial projects/ tasks as assigned; proactive in all dealings to achieve team objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/ or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc.).
- At least one (1-2) year of experience undertaking a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with accounting software and proficient in office suite (i.e. spreadsheet and word processing etc.).
- Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
